Marina Del Este

Natural reserve in January 2025

Marina Del Este, located just on the other side of Malaga and is home to Europe’s first ever National Marine Park and is considered one of the best dive sites in all of Spain. You will see large schools of fish, Mola Mola and lots of Nudibranchs on the wall dive. There’s two dives that we can do here, both on the left hand side and right.

What can I see?

Schools of sardines, crabs, sponges, mola mola (AKA moonfish, AKA sunfish), octopuses, castanet clouds, ‘Hands of Death’ sponges, nudibranchs (at least 40 different species), big anemones, flowered corals, stonefish, starfish, flying gurnards and much more.
